Additional rules: Community Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m - 8:00 a.m - No parties or unapproved pets, dogs only, no cats. Dogs must be listed on your guest list - No smoking - Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $50 for the first hour, and checkouts past 12:00 p.m will incur a fee equal to the rate of the following nights rate. A $50 charge per night will be added per person beyond 7 guests. Guests will be responsible for any damaged linens. This may include replacement or extra cleaning. By booking, you acknowledge a charge of $250 or more will be incurred for any smoking violation in the property or for any damages and additional cleaning.
