Additional rules: Community Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m - 8:00 a.m - No Parties or Events - No smoking - Dogs are allowed but must be approved and included on your guest list as there is a pet fee associated. Please no cats. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $50 for the first hour, and checkouts past 11:00 a.m will incur a fee equal to the rate of the following nights rate. Please no parties or events. A $50 charge per night will be added per person beyond 6 guests. Guests will be responsible for any damaged linens. This may include replacement or extra cleaning. By booking, you acknowledge a minimum fee of $250 for any violation of our house rules or immediate removal from the premises.
