Please no parties or events. A $50 charge per night will be added per person beyond 8 guests. Guests will be responsible for any damaged linens. This may include replacement or extra cleaning. By booking, you acknowledge a minimum fee of $250 for any violation of our house rules or immediate removal from the premises.
