Please no cats. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $50 for the first hour, and checkouts past 11:00 a.m will incur a fee equal to the rate of the following nights rate. Please no parties or events. A $50 charge per night will be added per person beyond 4 guests. Guests will be responsible for any damaged linens. This may include replacement or extra cleaning. By booking, you acknowledge a charge of $250 or more will be incurred for any smoking violation in on on the property or for any damages and additional cleaning.
