Please no parties or events. A $50 charge per night will be added per person beyond 6 guests. Guests will be responsible for any damaged linens. This may include replacement or extra cleaning. By booking, you acknowledge a charge of $250 or more will be incurred for any smoking violation in the property or for any damages, pets or additional cleaning.
